Returns

We sincerely hope you are satisfied with your purchase! However, if something isn't right and you'd like to return something, please let us know by following our return policy and your request will be handled appropriately:

- All return requests must be submitted 7 days from delivered date via email to contact@truscapesoutdoorliving.com along with all required documentation (return requests submitted after this 7-day window will not be considered)

- Non-defective, remorse returns are accepted by most of our suppliers and considered for refund if the item is returned in its original condition. Truscapes Outdoor Living customer will be responsible for repacking cost, shipping cost and a restocking fee equal to a certain percentage of the order price required by the supplier in order to process the return and refund (restocking fees vary among different suppliers)

- If the item was delivered damaged or defective, the following are required for refund approval and a shipping label will be provided for the required return:
1) Picture of outer box to include visual of the damage
2) Picture of inner package to include visual of the damage
3) Picture of shipping label affixed to outer box (if visual is available; if not available for imaging, the order number and recipient shipping information is required in the return request)
